All members are asked to support the activities and maintenance of our synagogue and the services provided to the Greater Louisville community with an annual financial commitment. The Temple wants every congregant to feel welcomed, valued, and vested regardless of their capability and membership is never denied for financial reasons. Members of our Leading Donor Society give above and beyond minimum giving levels

Honor someone by establishing a permanent, named Endowed Fund at The Temple. With a minimum gift of $10,000 (plus other guidelines), you may establish a fund to financially support a specific initiative or a type of programming. You may continue to donate in the future and if desired, encourage others to also donate to help grow its impact.

Many members look for meaningful ways to honor a special occasion (birthday, anniversary, birth, etc.), express personal thanks (Rabbi, friends, family) or to memorialize a friend or loved one. Temple Funds are established to financially support a specific initiative or type of program, including Rabbi’s discretionary funds, and offer a simple yet impactful opportunity to do so while supporting The Temple.

The Secure Our Future campaign was established in 2014 with a goal to raise $5,000,000. While steadily progressing towards that goal, we already paid off the mortgage, retired a deficit accrued over a decade and resolved several deferred maintenance and restoration issues. New donations will now help grow our invested endowment assets to ensure a successful and sustainable future into the next generation.
