I would like to enroll my child in Washington Hebrew Congregation's Edlavitch-Tyser Early Childhood Center (E-T ECC) for the 2023-2024 school year.
I understand that for each child I am registering, I must pay a $150 non-refundable application fee and $300
non-refundable
tuition deposit at the time of enrollment.
I further understand that if my child is accepted into the program, I am responsible for and agree to pay the full 2023-2024 tuition, student activity fee, and family security fee. A non-refundable initial payment of $500 will be due August 15 to confirm my child’s space in the program.
I understand that the Director reserves the right to exercise professional discretion regarding the placement and continuation of a child in any E-T ECC program.
I understand that per the Office of the State Superintendent of Education (OSSE) requirements, all health and other forms must be completed and on file at the school prior to the start of the session.
I understand and agree that my child is to be picked up by the contracted time, or I will be charged a late fee.
I understand and agree to abide by all regulations related to COVID-19 to keep WHC staff and families safe.
Upon my child’s acceptance into the program, I give my permission for them to participate in all school activities and will dress my child accordingly for messy days, playing outside during all kinds of weather (when deemed safe), and will supply appropriate shoes for physical activities. I will label all of my child’s belongings with their name.
With the submission of this form, I have paid a $150 non-refundable application fee and $300 nonrefundable tuition deposit to Washington Hebrew Congregation (WHC) for each child I have registered.
