High Holy Guest Information

Guests are welcome to be part of our High Holy Day services and programs. We are so pleased that you have chosen to spend the High Holy Days at Mount Zion Temple. We are a holy community that takes pride in "welcoming the stranger." We hope that you will become a familiar face to us at other worship services and events here at Mount Zion.

This form is for guests only. If you are a Mount Zion member, a pre-printed name tag will be available at the first service you attend.

Guest Name Tag Information

A nametag is required for all members and guests to enter the building during the High Holy Days. List first and last names of anyone attending a service, including yourself, with how they'd like their name to appear on a nametag. Click "add another name" to list all names. These nametags will be available for pickup when you attend your first service.

The cutoff for pre-printed nametags is Monday, September 30. After that date you will be invited to fill in a blank name tag when you arrive.
