Week-by-Week
Space is limited for Camp Keetov, and registration priority is given to families enrolling in a full Camp Keetov session as well as ECC enrolled families. If you are interested in week-by-week registration, please complete this form, and families will be notified beginning April 22 if there is a space available. Should we contact you with an available spot, you will have 5 days to accept or relinquish your spot.  

$50 non-refundable deposit/week interested in enrolling

ENROLLMENT CONTRACT

I wish to enroll my child in Camp Keetov Summer 2025. With the submission of this form, I am also making a non-refundable and non-transferable payment to Washington Hebrew Congregation for the required 

$250 family security fee and $
application fee for each child I enroll.

I understand that I may withdraw my child from camp and receive a 90% refund of tuition up until April 15, 2025. After April 15, 2025, all tuition payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.  I understand that my WHC account must be current in order for this application to be processed.


Adjustments to registration can be made until April 15. After that date, there are no refunds and any program transfer requests are at the Director’s discretion and must be submitted to Louise Van Schaack at lvanschaack@whctemple.org.


All programs are pending sufficient enrollment and age groups may be combined.

WEEK BY WEEK ENROLLMENT CONTRACT
I wish to join the Week-By-Week Waitlist for Camp Keetov Summer 2025 for the weeks selected on this application. With the submission of this form, I am also making a non-refundable and non-transferable payment to Washington Hebrew Congregation for $50/week security fee to hold my child’s place on the waitlist as well as a $50/$75 (ECC family/non-ECC family) application fee.  

I understand that if I am notified of an available space for my child, I will have one week to accept or decline the space. Should I accept an available space at Camp Keetov for my child, I understand that I will be billed and charged the balance of the camp tuition to the credit card or account provided. I understand that my WHC account must be current in order for this application to be processed. 

After April 15th there are no camp refunds. Any program transfer requests are at the Director’s discretion and must be submitted to Louise Van Schaack at lvanschaack@whctemple.org.
All non-refundable fees must be paid in full at the time of application. I understand that I will be billed and charged the balance of the camp tuition to the credit card or account provided within one business week.
